I Joined a gym at 25, having never been in one (always too busy with horses), and loved the environment. Starting with spinning (which was great), I progressed on to weights which gradually took my focus. I realised I was quite strong and missed the competitive lifestyle so thought I might try powerlifting until I stumbled across a video of CrossFit late in 2015.
I dabbled in a bit of CrossFit style training at my ‘global gym’ whilst still concentrating on strength but gradually I became more obsessed (lol) with CrossFit. I joined a box in 2016 and have never looked back.
I've been a coach at Aeternum CrossFit since 2017 and am currently working on my gymnastic movements, developing and improving my functional movement and mobility. I continually try to learn as much as I can to help myself and others reach the goals that they desire, to generally make everyone badass(!!!!), healthier and happier.
