On Feb 25 2019 we transferred to 'Wodify' gym management and performance tracking software. All of our members get a free phone app to book their classes and record their results and performances. This, coupled with a brand new 'kiosk' in the gym has given us a boost into the modern technology world.
One of the most important things to us at Aeternum CrossFit is helping others to improve their health, fitness and general well-being. As part of this belief, we are aiming to integrate into the local community of Lochgelly and the surrounding areas a lot more.
We are pleased to announce that we are now in collaboration with the Minto Lounge Amateur Football Club and will be supporting them with their training and strength & fitness in the very near future.
Continuing on with our intention to help the local community, Aeternum CrossFit are very proud to announce that we have been able to assist and support a young superstar from Fife in playing for the English Ice Hockey Team.
At the tender age of just 13, Madison Troup has made it through several months of training and cuts and in April will be travelling to Belgium to play with the squad.
Madison currently plays for Murrayfield Junior Ice Hockey and also the Scotland Girls Team. She is in her first year at Dunfermline High School and her ambition is to play for the GB Squad and in the Winter Olympic Games.
Well done Madison, what an amazing achievement!
