1. Do I need to be fit to join Aeternum CrossFit?

No, absolutely not. All fitness levels are welcome. Our classes are suitable for people of all levels and ages and properly supervised to achieve your goals.


2. What times are your classes?

3. I'm visiting from another CrossFit, can I Drop-In?

Yes! Absolutely! Go to our 'Contact Us' page and fire us a message; we look forward to meeting you.


4. How long before I see results?

This depends a lot on you. How many times you come to class,  how you take care of your nutrition, sleep and stress. We are here to guide you and provide advice on all areas in order for you to improve your fitness.


5.  How often should I train?

We recommend 3 times per week to start.  If you want to see fast results you may want to increase that to 5-6 times per week (CrossFit recommends 3 days on, 1 day off). Everyone is different and requires a tailored approach. As always, we are here to help and advise you.


6.  Will I get big and bulky?

Again, this depends a lot on you. Crossfit is designed to increase your overall fitness, shred body fat, increase lean muscle mass and get you toned. Will you build muscle and get lean, yes. Will you get bulky, probably not. You get what you want to train for, and we are here to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are.


7.  Will I hurt myself doing CrossFit?

Our number one priority is to keep all of our members safe.  We will do everything possible to make sure you understand the mechanics of a movement, that you are consistent in that movement and LASTLY, we will introduce intensity.


9.  The workouts look too hard, am I ready for CrossFit?

Absolutely! Everyone and anyone is ready for CrossFit. Our experienced trainers are experts at scaling (modifying) every workout to suit the needs/ability/circumstances of the individual. We have people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness, from couch potatoes (former couch potatoes now!) to top level athletes and everything in between. 8.  Why is CrossFit so expensive?

With Aeternum CrossFit you will receive daily personalised training from our knowledgeable and experienced coaches. We've got all angles covered, from group classes to one-to one, nutrition and competing (if you want).  Training on your own and self-motivating is tough, come and join our friendly community and put the fun back into fitness. 


9.  How much does it cost to join?

We have a variety of plans to suit your budget. There are no set up fees and you can cancel your membership at any time.
