The Story behind Aeternum
Aeternum Fife was previously Evolution Functional Fitness, it was bought over in Feb 2020 and became Aeternum Crossfit. This wasn’t the best time to purchase a gym as lockdown then happened in March 2020. But… due to the commitment and loyalty of its members and coaches Aeternum survived the pandemic.

What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is a fitness program that combines functional movements with high-intensity workouts, designed for all levels.
